The success of THE LARGEST PET AND VETERINARY TRADE FAIR IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE in Central and Eastern Europe Animals & Veterinary Days
Animals & Veterinary Days is a unique event connecting lovers of companion animals, as well as the most important producers and distributors of accessories, food and articles for pets. Its fifth edition, which took place on November 24-26, 2022 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, was a great success.
This is evidenced by both the opinions from exhibitors and visitors during the event itself, as well as hundreds of established business relationships that will result in a expansion of the network of contractors and dynamization of this service sector. That’s what Animals & Veterinary Days are for – to integrate and develop dynamically growing pet services industry.
What did Animals & Veterinary Days visitors receive?
Visitors to Animals & Veterinary Days could get acquainted with the offers of hundreds of exhibitors, as well as with innovations that are not yet available in wholesalers. It was an excellent opportunity to verify stock levels, take advantage of attractive discounts and price opportunities, but also to meet distributors and top-level producers. There were representatives of companies dealing with animal feed, importers of accessories and food, owners of pet shop chains, creators of hand-made products for animals, as well as companies producing medicinal preparations. It was possible to establish cooperation with pet wholesalers, online stores, producers of scratchers, beds, hygiene products, as well as aquariums and terrariums. Such a cross-section of exhibitors made it possible to analyze the competition and collect information about the most advantageous offers
B2B conferences are the strength of Animals & Veterinary Days
An important aspect of Animals & Veterinary Days were also conferences and lectures given by the greatest experts on the market. Krzysztof Burzyński was responsible for industry education dedicated to pet shop owners, whose many years of experience in co-creating a chain of shops gave an objective view of many business issues. Among other things, he talked about changes that make sense in a pet shop, why an extra five PLN matters in sales, and advised on how best to recruit employees for stores.
Important information in the field of sales, marketing and management was presented by Jerzy Osika, an expert in these topics. The base points of his lectures were, among others, ways of overcoming objections and handling difficult customers, how to better motivate your salespeople to be more willing to achieve better results or how to better cope with both good and bad times for the company.
During the event, there was also a meeting with Zosia and Piotr Wojtków, trainers and behaviorists who wrote the book “In harmony with the dog”. The conversation was led by behaviorist Paweł Lachowicz. It gained great popularity and interest among visitors.
